Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of NursePrep, a product of WriteSpan LLC. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using NursePrep, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. What NursePrep Is

NursePrep is an online NCLEX preparation platform that provides practice questions, simulated exams, and study tools for nursing students preparing for the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN licensure examinations.

NursePrep is a study aid. It is designed to help you prepare for the NCLEX — not to replace clinical education, nursing school coursework, or professional judgment. Completion of the NursePrep question bank or simulated exams does not guarantee passage of the NCLEX or any other examination.

All practice questions are original content created by WriteSpan LLC and reviewed by licensed nursing educators. Questions are intended for educational purposes only and should not be used as clinical guidance for patient care.

2. Your Account

To use NursePrep, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Your NursePrep subscription is licensed to you as an individual. One subscription covers one person. You may not share your account, login credentials, or access with anyone else. You may not resell, transfer, or sublicense your access.

If we detect account sharing or misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Payment and Access

NursePrep is sold as a one-time payment of $49 for six months of unlimited access. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. WriteSpan LLC does not store your payment card information.

Your six months of access begins on the date you create your account after purchase. Access is calculated from account creation date, not purchase date.

After six months, your access to practice questions and the simulated exam will be suspended. Your account, progress data, and exam history remain saved and are not deleted. You may renew your access by contacting support@writespan.com.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with NursePrep. To request a refund, email support@writespan.com within 3 days of your purchase with your order information.

Refunds are not available after 3 days from purchase or after you have answered more than 50 questions, whichever comes first. This policy exists because the core value of the product — the questions, feedback, and clinical explanations — is delivered immediately upon use.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NursePrep — including practice questions, clinical feedback, explanations, clinical pearls, and the platform itself — is the intellectual property of WriteSpan LLC and is protected by United States copyright law.

You may use NursePrep content solely for your own personal NCLEX preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, screenshot for distribution, or resell any NursePrep content in any form.

NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). WriteSpan NursePrep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NCSBN.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NursePrep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

WriteSpan LLC does not warrant that: — NursePrep will be available without interruption or error — The content is free from inaccuracies (though we work diligently to ensure clinical accuracy) — Use of NursePrep will result in passage of the NCLEX or any other examination

Clinical content on NursePrep reflects nursing education standards and is reviewed by licensed educators. However, clinical guidelines change. Always refer to current institutional protocols, provider orders, and official clinical references for patient care decisions. NursePrep content is not a substitute for clinical judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteSpan LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of NursePrep is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription ($49).

WriteSpan LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including failure to pass the NCLEX, loss of employment opportunity, or any other outcome — arising from your use of or inability to use NursePrep.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you by email.

Your continued use of NursePrep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of NursePrep that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property.
